Making sense of climate change

CarbonSenseCarbonSense, the climate change consultancy, is teaming up with figures from major companies to launch a new set of climate change courses for business professionals.
Guest tutors will draw on their own experiences to explain how business and finance can affect the environment and the ways in which contributions to climate change can be reduced. The course will address topics such as the politics of climate change and carbon trading to give course attendees the knowledge to create effective climate action plans for their own businesses. Guest tutors include Donna Young, Head of Climate Change at BT and Jules Peck, Director of the Quality of Life Group.
The issue of climate change will continue to have an impact on business, and vice versa” says Jules Peck. “People need to get their facts straight and business professionals have a responsibility to ensure that they able to make informed and well judged decisions when dealing with the subject. This course will cut through some of the current mythology and media hype.”
CarbonSense has worked with a number of large companies since it’s conception five years ago including, BT, TNT and Honda F1 Racing.
